This will help us to understand the reason for the return and authorise the credit to your account. Please enclose this number with the documentation or write the number clearly on the parcel when returning the goods.
Returned garments must be in an unmarked pristine condition, in their original packaging and without any embroidery, printing or alteration. Credit will not be given for attempted returns beyond 30 days.
