£6.00 per consignment to U.K Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands, Islands and N.Ireland )

£12.00 per consignment to Scottish Highlands, Islands, IOM, and N Ireland.

Ioma endeavour to despatch all orders within 10 working days of order confirmation. This allows us time to compile all of the components of your order and to embroider or embellish garments where necessary.

Deliveries are made via DHL or Parcelforce on a next day service.

Should you require your garments immediately please call 0151 448 9000 to obtain availability information from our customer services team.

Should you wish to return your garments please call our customer services team on 0151 448 9000 to obtain an official returns number. This will help us to understand the reason for the return and authorise the credit to your account. Please enclose this number with the documentation or write the number clearly on the parcel when returning the goods.

Returned garments must be in an unmarked pristine condition, in their original packaging and without any embroidery, printing or alteration. Credit will not be given for attempted returns beyond 30 days.
